Segment-level attainment split view
Forecast view now supports enterprise vs. mid-market splits with independent confidence bands per segment. Segments are auto-detected from CRM deal size and account type fields, or can be manually configured. CFO export updated to include segment-level breakdown.

Pipedrive integration (beta)
Pipedrive connection is now in beta for all Forecast and Revenue tier accounts. Syncs deal stage history, activity timeline, and custom pipeline stages. Full schema parity with Salesforce and HubSpot connectors.

Rep Scorecard weekly distribution + Slack alerts
Rep Scorecard now supports scheduled weekly distribution to Slack channels and email. Configurable alert thresholds for rep attainment drops — get notified when a rep crosses below a configured confidence band threshold before the team manager sees it manually.

Confidence interval calculation updated — Q4 seasonality model
The confidence interval model now applies seasonal adjustment factors in Q4 (October–December) to account for the well-documented Q4 close pattern in B2B sales. Previously the model could understate uncertainty in Q4 for companies with heavily Q4-weighted revenue. Fixed an edge case where deals with no activity in 30+ days were given equal weighting to active deals.

Support signal layer — Zendesk and Intercom
Support ticket data is now integrated as a third signal layer alongside CRM and product usage. Connect Zendesk or Intercom to surface ticket volume trends and severity patterns as risk indicators in deal-level and rep-level forecasts.

Google Slides QBR export

HubSpot integration GA
HubSpot CRM connection exits beta and is now generally available. Full schema normalization with Salesforce connector. Supports Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise object models including custom deal properties and engagement types.
