We're building the forecasting layer
B2B sales organizations have been missing
Scalivo was founded in 2025 by a team who spent years watching RevOps analysts rebuild the same forecast models every quarter in Excel. We thought there had to be a better way.
Revenue forecasting shouldn't require a data engineering team
Most B2B sales organizations have the same problem: CRM data tells part of the story, product usage tells another part, and support tickets tell a third. Each quarter, RevOps teams stitch these together manually into a point-estimate forecast that their CFO immediately challenges.
We built Scalivo to automate the data normalization, apply statistical rigor to the signal combination, and produce forecasts with honest confidence intervals — without requiring the team to build and maintain custom data infrastructure.
We're headquartered in Raleigh, NC and building toward an operating model where revenue organizations can rely on their forecasts the way finance organizations rely on their accounting systems: continuously, automatically, with auditable methodology.

How we think about building Scalivo
Statistical honesty over clean numbers
A point estimate that's wrong is less useful than a range that's honest. We build confidence intervals into every forecast by design, not as an afterthought.
Methodology you can audit
Every forecast output is traceable to the signal inputs. RevOps teams can explain the methodology. CFOs can challenge specific inputs. No black boxes.
Read-only access, always
Scalivo never requests write permissions on your CRM. We treat your sales data with the discretion a security team can verify before approving the integration.
RevOps time is valuable
The goal isn't to add another dashboard. It's to remove 80% of the manual data work from the quarterly forecast cycle so RevOps can do higher-value work.
