Yes — every trial starts with full Growth access, regardless of which plan you intend to use. No credit card required. At the end of 14 days, choose the tier that fits and enter billing, or your account pauses. No auto-charge.
You receive an in-app alert at 80% of your account limit. We do not cut off data collection or disable the forecast. You have 30 days to upgrade before overage billing begins — we send a second notice at 100%.

No. Your model is trained exclusively on your closed-won and churned account history. Your signal data — CRM events, product usage, billing — is logically isolated and never influences another customer's model weights or forecast outputs.
We retain signal data for the lifetime of your subscription plus 30 days. After account close, all data is purged within 30 days.
