Raw CRM and signal data flows through three normalization stages before the Forecast Engine sees it.
Schema normalization
Deal stages, activity types, and field mappings normalize to a common revenue activity schema regardless of CRM vendor. A Salesforce Opportunity in "Proposal" and a HubSpot Deal in "Proposal Sent" map to the same stage value.
Signal layer merging
CRM data merges with product usage and support data by account. Activity patterns, product engagement score, and support health index combine into a per-deal signal composite used by the forecast model.
Forecast model input
The normalized, merged dataset feeds the Forecast Engine with rep, territory, and segment context. Confidence intervals are calculated against the historical baseline for each segment independently.
